Circle Drive Venice Island Pool Home a Short Walk To Your Own Private Beach!

Our Venice Island home is less than 2 blocks off the beach and has been a short term vacation rental for the past 14 years. Unlike many, we are a legally licensed and inspected City of Venice vacation rental.
The TLC is evident from the moment you arrive. Lush landscaping greets you as you pull in the driveway and the warm feeling of home continues as you walk through the front door. The sunken living room is well furnished with that tropical feel of Tommy Bahama tables, comfy loveseat and couch and a large TV for those quiet evenings at home. The kitchen is equipped with virtually everything you'll need to whip up that gourmet dinner which you can enjoy in your dining room or poolside in your private lanai. Three bedrooms await in the split plan layout. Located on one side of the house is the master suite which is comprised of a private water closet/shower/bath, a walk-in closet and a large vanity/sink area to prep for those evenings out or to just retire to your king size bed. On the opposite side of the house are two large bright bedrooms with a shared full bath in between. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fans overhead and plenty of storage.

Enjoy Swimming? Spend your days at your own private heated pool or stroll a block and a half away to your own private beach - the choice is yours! Enjoy biking? Venice is full of great trails and paths that can take you all the way to Sarasota or if you like an easier, shorter pace then just amble your way around the island on the provided bikes. Enjoy walking? You can go south to Sharky's - one of the best Tiki Beach Bars in Florida - to enjoy that afternoon cocktail or walk north to Venice Avenue for lunch or that evening meal at one of the many restaurants. So many choices and so little time!

Caution: If you are not familiar with Venice, be sure you understand the difference between a Vacation Home on Venice Island and homes located off the Island of Venice that claim to be close to beaches and downtown Venice.

Perfect location for a nice beach trip with the family. The private beach access was great, there was no one there but us for the whole trip. The pool was a big bonus and the house was clean and just as pictured in the listing.

Absolutely Awesome on Venice Island!

Love, love, love this house! Perfect location, easy walk or quick bike ride to a private access beach. House was well designed, fabulous lanai and pool. Just a great space! We biked and walked the dogs around a quiet neighborhood. So close to Sharky’s too! We will stay again.

BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!

We will absolutely rent again. It was the most perfect location. The house was amazing! I miss it so much already and the owners oh my goodness they are the best people we have ever rented off of! They are basically like family now. Cant wait to go back again.

This is a wonderful beach home! Very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the patio/pool area and used it daily. The beach was also wonderful and just a short walk away. The owners are very responsive to questions, and they left a welcoming gift on the counter for us when we arrived-we thought that was very sweet! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay

This is the second time we stayed at this property and both times had excellent vacations. Everything you might need is available in the house including: dish soap, sponge, paper towel/toilet paper, beach supplies, bikes, etc. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed neighborhood with easy access to the beach and the town.

Best Vacation Rental Home

Just bring your toothbrush and a few changes of clothing because this home has everything you need! The home is in a small, quiet neighborhood with no thru traffic which adds more safety to the environment. The location is perfect, as traffic is drawn more towards the public access, though the town isn't overly populated anyway. The private beach access is just across the street, as a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride. During a holiday week, we were one of only 2 families on the entire beach and it was amazing! Dont worry about bringing beach chairs, a wagon, sand sifters, bikes, pool floats, coolers, or any other beach items, because this home has it all!The cleanliness of the home was immaculate, including the private pool out back!Some of the things we loved the most:-The beautiful landscape and private patio out back.-The window behind the kitchen sink that opens up to a bar outside by the pool.-Many areas for seating inside and outside.-The welcome book with property information. -The fully stocked kitchen, and then some (coffee filters, tin foil, trash bags, paper plates, etc.).-The showers were beautiful and had plenty of water pressure.The list goes on! If you are wondering if this home has something you need, its likely to be there somewhere! Also, don't be scared to leave a supply behind for the next guest to use, as we found this very helpful on several occasions.The communication with property owners was instant throughout the whole process!

Wonderful property

We had a very relaxing vacation at this spotless, well-equipped home. Beach was just a short walk, bikes for everyone for jaunts around the neighborhood, super quiet, and felt like home. The hosts thought of everything to make this vacation home welcoming. We’d book it again tomorrow!

We couldn't have found a nicer place to stay on the Island of Venice. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. It was well stocked and the pool was clean and warm. John and Chris as very accommodating and gracious hosts. The location was ideal, being only a couple blocks from the beach.

Wonderful house and great landlord!

The home is lovely and well equipped, it is in a great neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The landlords are so considerate, we were there for a storm and they brought water, flashlights and candles. Highly recommend.
