    Welcome to The Cottage on Lido Key! This beach retreat has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and blends Florida charm with modern amenities to provide a luxurious experience. It's just a short walk to the soft powdery Gulf of Mexico beaches and St. Armands circle, which offers a variety of sophisticated shops and restaurants.

    There is a beautiful living space with a comfy seating area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room.



    The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a spacious vanity that makes getting ready a breeze. The two Queen bedrooms have patio access and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for kids! Each room is appointed with crisp linens and televisions. Additionally, a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

    Pet Policy:

    A pet fee of $175 per pet applies to all reservations with dogs and helps cover the additional cleaning required after a pet stay. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. If a stay requires cleaning beyond what is typically covered by the pet fee - including, but not limited to, excessive pet hair, odors, stains, accidents, waste removal, or damage - additional charges may be assessed after checkout.



    We do not accept reservations from anyone under 22 years of age. We do not allow persons under 22 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 22 years of age.



    This property has hosted many happy stays but is newly listed under GetawayClub management, an Anna Maria Island property management company. It is under transition from the existing management company so the review record is starting fresh. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Place is in need of many updates throughout. A lot of patch jobs instead of true updates or fixes. Definitely looks more updated in the photos than it is. Strange layout as well makes living in the space harder than it should. Window coverings don’t work well so it’s bright all the time. Biggest problem was bugs. Had small bugs and big cockroaches that definitely put a damper on the trip. Kids wouldn’t use their main bathroom and we had to try to kill them before they saw them just so they wouldn’t freak out. They had beach gear and bikes but the bike tires were flat so unusable. Not really sure what the extremely large host fee was for. General cost would have made sense for location and size but with that fee it was way over priced for the issues. Would not rent this place again.
