    4-Plex Apartment "B" (first floor, southern sunny end unit, post hurricane restored, fully renovated interior-to the block walls is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.
    Walking distance convenience to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the inter coastal waterway, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, marina and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

    Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

    An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, one thing that I did not find acceptable was the $1,500 security deposit. I was told that the deposit could take up to two weeks to be returned, and I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to my account. I understand that security deposits may take some time to process, but holding $1,500 for two weeks after the stay, especially when there were no damages or issues, does not seem reasonable to me. I don’t think it is appropriate to hold such a significant amount of a guest’s money for that long. Other than the deposit issue, we had a good experience with the property.

This place is a prefect location if you are planning to walk while on the island. Right across from the gulf. 5ish min walk to the bay and about the same for bridge street and several restaurants.

Honeymoon getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa B. The place was equipped with everything we needed for a great time. The location is great, walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the very comfortable bed with high end, super soft sheets. We will be back!

Mike’s place is great…clean, cozy and convenient to all that Anna Maria has to offer. His communication was excellent. (Always got quick replies any time I reached out). The bed is super comfortable and the location was perfect. Right across the street from beautiful Bradenton Beach. We saw dolphins and manatee pretty much every day and the walk to Bridge Street takes mere minutes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mike’s place!!!
