4-plex apartment "C" (first floor, king bedroom, post storms restored / all new interior-additional updated pictures coming soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf waters and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on the southern end of Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Inter-coastal, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the top BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across the Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your living area apartment window...

Nicely renovated, love location

Just across from the beach, short walk to bridge street. Great location. Owner is quick to communicate. The post storm renovations are very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Would come again!

Great place to stay. Located close to everything we wanted so we could walk. Owner has thought of everything to meet your needs - beach chairs, wheeled beach cart, beach towels, kitchen needs. Great place to stay.

Anna Maria island vacation

Condo was clean and in a great location. Building still had some damage from hurricane with severely damaged properties next door. No washer and dryer in condo and not enough towels

Quaint and comfortable

Salty living 1BR condos are perfect for a few days or an extended stay. Check in was easy and the space was comfortable and very conveniently located. We would love to come and stay again!

Great getaway

Great little getaway spot close to everything - beach, shops, multiple restaurants, etc. Our little bungalow had everything you could possibly need - full kitchen, bathroom amenities, beach supplies (cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels), and extra blankets, towels, and sheets. Loved our trip and loved our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Right across the street from the beach. Even though on a busy street, it was quiet. Great restaurants and even shopping up the street. Everything was walkable. Would go there again.

Christmas Getaway

My husband and I are so grateful we came across Salty Living. These villa’s are super cute and cozy. They’re located directly across from the beach and in walking distance to amazing restaurants on the island. Captain Mike is a great host and had everything we could possibly need inside the villa’s. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Perfect choice

Came to the west coast from the east coast for a little get away by myself. The property was lovely, the room was clean and well stocked. Bed was super comfy and a/c worked great! Capt Mike was very easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. The area was perfect, very close to lots of places to eat and drink and access to the beach. I felt very safe coming and going alone, day and night. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, ideal location

Lovely place, ideal for the beach with everything you’d need in a kitchen and items to take to the beach. The bed was amazing however the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends as they all have children and the spare bed wasn’t great. If you’re a couple it’s perfect the main bed was so comfortable and the location perfect to access the island

Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.

Weekend Trip

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament. Location was perfect (across the street from the beach AND near an inlet/outlet to the island so you avoid traffic congestion). We had a problem with our parking spot Saturday evening after 9pm and the owner was immediately responsive and remedied the problem within 15 minutes. Thank you!

Great Vacation

The location is excellent. You couldn’t ask for anything better . Stayed there now 4 times. This is first time staying for 7 days. Only complaint I had was there weren’t enough bath towels. Only had four for entire week for three people and we had to do our own laundry for clean towels. I would suggest more towels in room or a service to bring more mid week. Beach chairs were ready to fall apart. Needs to be updated a little more often. Overall stay was still good.

Relaxing beach stay close to everything!

The location is ideal and the unit is great for a couples getaway to Anna Maria Island. We had never been to the island before but will certainly be returning. Walking distance to many great restaurants and across the street from a low key relaxing beach. Would recommend! Our only issue arose upon check in, where we couldn’t find the lock box. Captain Mike did include instructions, however for the more directionally challenged guests such as ourselves, it was a bit confusing. We still got in and had a great stay, and will hopefully be returning soon.

AMI accommodations

First of all, the host Mike was extremely helpful and always willing to answer questions or stop by to assist. He was very welcoming and kind. We did come during a tropical storm but he made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed as well as gave us an extra night! The accommodations were clean and as listed. Everything you could need was present in our room. There was nice beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. A binder with any number you could need and suggestions for food, entertainment, and excursions. The location is perfect! Right accross the street from the beautiful beach and water. You are also near bridge street, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. No need for a vehicle. Free trolley, tips golf cart transportation, as well as tips monkey bus. The location and accommodations was perfect for anything younwpuld need or want for a vacation on AMI. Thank you Mike and we plan to return one day!

Ideally located and just as advertised

Had a wonderful stay at this practically-waterfront property, perfectly located near all the good stuff in Bradenton Beach. Agree with all the positive reviews. Comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and pretty much just as depicted here on VRBO. The only misfire (and it was a minor one for us) was the noise from our upstairs neighbor. Not their fault, I just think the construction conveys the sound really efficiently between the up & downstairs neighbors. Nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay, though, and we’d happily rent again — and plan to. Steps away from beautiful beaches and all the Bridge St. attractions. Loved our meal at one of Mike’s recommended eateries — Wicked Cantina. Outstanding. Don’t miss the Tahini Beach Cafe for a terrific breakfast, too— about 100 yards south of the property.
