Make this newly renovated, contemporary house your vacation getaway. The house is located in South Venice minutes away from The South Venice Ferry which will take you to a beautiful private beach.

Only biking distance away is the Shamrock Park which offers you the opportunity to walk or bike to downtown Venice, the historic train station as well as Caspersen Beach.

The house is a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly remodeled. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a direct access to the patio. Second bathroom has a queen size bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa which converts into a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances.

The home is very cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was helpful when I needed to reach out for information. The TVs were a bit tricky to figure out.

Wonderful stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree House this past week. The host did a lot to make us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the door. The pool was wonderful on the warm days, and heated enough that it wasn’t cold to swim in when the nights cooled down. It was a good location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We definitely would like to come back!
