The spiral staircase from the living room leads to your own private rooftop deck — panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico in one direction, the Intracoastal Waterway in the other. This is the only private rooftop deck in the Bradenton Beach portfolio and the defining feature of this unit. Sunsets from up here are unlike anything available at the ground or balcony level.
The unit is directly on the Gulf — white sand beach stretches in both directions from the front of the building. The screened lanai has an electric grill for cookouts.
