•The house is short drive to sparkling white quartz sandy beaches (Siesta Key Beach, Caspersen Beach, Lido Key Beach). Both Siesta Key Beach and Village access are less than 3 miles.
• The home is in a central location to shopping, restaurants, and downtown (less than 5 minutes)
• 20 minute drive to Sarasota/Bradenton airport.
• Accommodates 2-10 guests with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 pull out bed
• There is a washer and dryer.
• Beach Gear items include only towels at this time.

We had a great time! Great location! The house was clean and well furnished. It was nice having access to the garage for parking. Communication will the owners was fantastic. Every question or concern I had was promptly addressed.
