For your relaxing and family fun, Anna Maria Island vacation, check out this spacious beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home. Coastal furnished and surrounded by tropical landscape with 2 balconies and a community pool. Enjoy wonderful sunrises and make memories to last a life time!

When you arrive at the North Beach Village complex, you'll find this end unit conveniently located just a short walk from gulf beaches and the Holmes Beach town center. Shopping and dining within walking distance, but parking for two vehicles in the garage makes it easy to take the whole family across Anna Maria Island.

When you aren't busy exploring Holmes Beach, head over to the heated shared pool for a swim, or lounge on one of the patios with a good book. The ground floor patio is brand new with a cozy fire pit. Inside, this vacation rental offers coastal furnishings and entertainment via the flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room nicely accommodate all, with the screened lanai just through the sliding doors off the living room. A gas BBQ grill is also provided for the grill masters.

Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.
Dogs welcome! Max of 2 and the pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

Loved this place! Perfect for our family. The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were happy with our stay! Great location and easy walk to access the beach and nice pool! Pickle ball and tennis courts close by.

Great Location But Needs a Refresh

The location and convenience of the property was great. But there were a lot of things that need to be addressed in the unit. The living area was comfortable and nicely furnished. Using the TV was frustrating. The information provided did not help in operating the TV. The kitchen needs some attention. The inside of the dishwasher needs a good cleaning as does the floor around the refrigerator. The kitchen could be better supplied. The ad for the unit stated it was fully stocked but there wasn’t even any salt and pepper. The upstairs bedrooms were nice in size but the bedding and window treatments need to be updated. The carpet had stains and needs to be stretched. The areas under the beds need to be vacuumed. The walls were chipped and the area around the MB sliding door definitely needs repair. The windows were difficult to open/close due to their quality. The bathrooms were nice and the quantity of towels provided was generous for two people. Lastly, the main deck and furniture off the living area needs a thorough cleaning.

Fun in the sun

If you are looking for an easy, no frills, but great place to stay for your family this is it. Puzzles, pool and beach toys, and awonderful beach wagon. If you cook there were pots, pans, baking dishes and measuring utensils plus a very nice gas grill. Only a 10 minute walk to beach, restaurant, shopping and“ trolley”. Our grandkids 4 and 6 loved it! We liked that there was not a bunch of breakie things to worry about. Enjoy!

Plenty of chairs, boogie boards, noodles, umbrellas etc for the beach.Would definitely stay here again.

Room to Relax

We had a nice week on AMI. The location of this unit is terrific and it had plenty of room for our party of 5 to relax. The unit was furnished with everything we needed (linens, towels, dishes, beach chairs). The only aspect in some state of disrepair was the gas grill, but after using a match to light the burners it worked great.

It was a plus to have a washer/dryer as well. My husband was very happy to have a garage to store our outdoor belongings. :) We highly recommend this rental and have already planned our stay here again next year!
