I have been double charged. I filed a complaint with the hotel. I called into Marriott customer service and filed another complaint. I was contacted back, but not with an acceptable resolution. I supplied my credit card statement showing the charges and they say they don’t find the charge. The corporate agent Michelle was professional and at least made me feel like she cared, the social media agent closed the chat before I could respond and the hotel management feels like they don’t care or want to put in the work to find out how their location shows up as a charge on my card. I need you to remove my overcharge. This has been very frustrating especially having to deal with 8+ calls now and no resolution. If I stayed one night and paid through Expedia, that should be the only charge. All I need the hotel to explain is, what is the other charge from Venice TownePlace Suites by Marriott and why can’t you find a transaction that you charged me for?

Great July of 4th Stay !

The hotel is sparkling clean and smells amazing when you enter. The grounds and the pool were very clean. The gym smelled good and was very clean. The site was large and immaculate as well. As you can probably tell, I’m a stickler on cleanliness and they exceeded my expectation. We were greeted by Steve(n) (from the Bronx), who was very warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful with local information. The next day we met Sarah, who was an absolute delight. We chatted about things to do and she gave us a list of restaurants and told us the best places where we could take in the fireworks. We went to Sharky’s and it was awesome! Check out was a breeze. This was a great stay overall….

Seriously, disappointed in management here has a lovely experience of meeting with them when my Expedia booking was accidentally booked under my daughter the manager insisted, I dealt with her immediately instead of allowing themselves to cool off, and unfortunately, she was a general manager she literally kept saying no we have to deal with this right now. Spent three weeks here and over $3000.

Shark tooth hunter trip.

Everything was clean, room was great, pool was nice, breakfast was awesome every day, staff is super friendly. The only negative thing I saw was there were very tiny ants in our room on the second floor. It wasn’t a huge amount but occasionally I would see one in the bathroom or kitchen. We will stay here again.

Just meh

As many bad points to our stay as good points. First, we requested a feather-free room and, despite the hotel emailing to let us know they received the request and would make it happen, they didn’t. We also weren’t told that room service is only every other day when we checked in, which is something we very much would’ve liked to know. The air conditioner in our room was also in very rough shape. Made a lot of loud, jarring noises even when it wasn’t putting out air. There was also a motion-censor dome light that was super bright and set to cover half the bed, so it would occasionally turn on when my wife rolled over at night. In terms of positives, though, the Location of the hotel was good, room was nice and big, and the breakfast was solid.

Tight ship

The breakfast was really good and the older man working it every morning was very good. Helpful offered information was amazing. The whole place was run on a real tight ship clean smelt good everything
