Playa Ocotal is a tranquil black sand beach nestled south of Playas del Coco. Its serene cove is flanked by rocky formations, especially at the north and south ends, creating natural pools at low tide, perfect for families and snorkelers. The gentle waves and shaded areas make it ideal for swimming and relaxation. While the beach maintains a peaceful ambiance, the lively town of Playas del Coco is just a short drive away, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops.



Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Liberia International Airport (LIR), approximately 18 miles (29 km) away, with a driving time of about 30–35 minutes. Please note that travel time can vary depending on traffic conditions. For your convenience, the villa includes three private parking spaces. Public transportation options are limited; taxis are available, and local buses run on a limited schedule. The vibrant town of Playas del Coco is just a short drive away, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops.

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
