"Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. İkinci gün kaloriferler kapatıldı, açılamayacağı söylendi ve tekrar oda değiştirildi. Son odada klima yetersizdi, istediğimiz battaniye bile getirilmedi. Sürekli oda değişimi ve ısınma sorunu nedeniyle konaklama son derece konforsuzdu."

"This clean and conveniently located apartment is near a great cafe restaurant and shopping centre. It’s also close to public transport, trains and the sea, perfect for morning walks. "

"The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."

"The hotel is alright, walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors clearly and also its on a busy road so you can definitely hear the cars running. It is secured but the space are a little compacted. Overall it is manageable and i will definitely come back. "
