"Building and room access via codes, sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. The apartment could have been provided with a kettle. There was no ventilation (working) so the apartment was hot and stuffy, which did not help sleeping, in addition the mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable. ..."

"My room was clean. The mini-fridge in the room needs to be serviced; it barely kept anything inside cool. The front desk in the early morning was grumpy, rude, and argumentative, when asked for assistance. He was cursing in Spanish under his breath as he walked away.
