For a pleasant stay, we offer you a fully equipped apartment with a balcony, a child-friendly atmosphere and enough parking spaces.
The furnishings were chosen by us personally, always keen to ensure a high quality standard and at the same time to set up a cozy and modern apartment in which we would feel comfortable. Lots of light and stylish maritime furnishings create a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, on which an extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person can be done. From the living room you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. We also opted for a fireplace that offers cozy warmth and relaxation after a long walk on cold days. The spacious shower room is of high quality tiled and has underfloor heating. In addition to the entrance area and the fully equipped kitchen (incl. Nespresso coffee machine) 4 vacationers place to eat. The spacious balcony is made for cozy barbecues. The spacious bedroom is another highlight. The high quality double bed invites you to dreamy hours. In addition to the spacious wardrobe, a children's travel bed can also be conveniently accommodated here, which can be provided on request. Of course, WiFi is available free of charge.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage, zentral, Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle fußläufig gut zu erreichen. alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Super ist die Fussbodenheizung im Bad.

Waren sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien

Immer werktags in den frühen Morgenstunden war ein grosses herumfahren in der Sackgasse von fremden Mitmenschen. Wohnung war tip top eingerichtet. Mieter sehr freundlich. Werde die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen.

Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause

Sowohl die Insel Rügen als auch die Ferienwohnung waren traumhaft und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt - wie Zuhause. Nachdem ich den ganzen Tag über unterwegs war, habe ich mich jedes Mal auf die Wohnung gefreut. Hier fehlt es euch an nichts und die Lage ist auch echt klasse. Bäcker, Rewe, Apotheke und der Hafen direkt um die Ecke. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder meinen Rügenurlaub verbringen!

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich. Als Willkommensgruß gab es als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und ein Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat einfach alles was man zum Entspannen braucht! Sehr gerne wieder! Lage war auch super, da die Straße eine Sackgasse ist, hat man kaum Verkehr und kann trotzdem direkt auf`s Meer schauen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen!

erholsamer Sommerurlaub in Sassnitz

Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl. Sie bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die perfekte Homebase für die Ausflüge auf Rügen und Umgebung. Beeindruckt hat uns das große, helle und moderne Badezimmer. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt auf Rügen

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartementje. Het was brandschoon en comfortabel. Ok het zitje boven op het balkon was heerlijk later op de middag in de zon. Het magnetron oventje vonden we jammer: het is geen echte combi oven en er zijn geen af haakten voor in de magnetron. Ook wat hout waar je tegen betaling gebruik van zou kunnen maken voor in de haard was fijn geweest. Dat zijn echter details, het is een heerlijk huisje!

Schön warm und hell mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer

In dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir schöne Neujahresferientage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern, praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Man kann im Schlafzimmer schön abdunkeln. Die Räume werden schnell schön warm. Um die Ecke sind Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war freundlich und offen für unsere Wünsche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Tolle, moderne Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren Ende September auf Rügen und uns hat die Wohnung von Anfang an super gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen ansprechenden maritimen Touch. Der Sinn fürs Detail ist in der Einrichtung gut erkennbar uns gibt der Wohnung einen schönen Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Wohnung liegt dicht am Hafen und Bahnhof und hat dennoch eine ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist von durchweg modern ausgestattet. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung jedem weiter der auf Rügen Urlaub machen möchte!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hat Spass gemacht

Wir haben die Wohnung 2 Wochen lang genossen. Sie ist liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse von Sassnitz. dennoch nur 5 Minuten zu Bäcker und Metzger, 10 Minuten zum Hafen. Ideal auch der Fahrradständer unter der Treppe. Alle nötigen Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter !

Die Lage ist optimal als Ausgangspunkt um Rügen zu erkunden und ideal für den Besuch der Altstadt, des Hafens und zu Erkundung der Steilküste. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen; sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir sind begeistert!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Sassnitz und waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Es ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Bett ließ es sich hervorragend schlafen dank der hochwertigen Matratzen.An der Einrichtung haben wir absolut nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Hafen od. in die Altstadt. Als uns dann noch der Wintereinbruch (Anfang April) überraschte konnten wir es uns am Kamin gemütlich machen. Wir kommen gern wieder und beim nächsten Mal bestimmt etwas länger. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter.

Geheimtip!

Schon von den Bildern her fanden wir die Wohnung äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgebern während des Buchungshergangs verlief prompt und sympathisch. Die Insidertips, nach denen wir gefragt und die wir bekommen haben, erwiesen sich allesamt als sehenswert. Die Wohnung selbst macht es einem leicht, abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Der gemütliche Wohnraum mit Kamin, in dem das ein oder andere heimelige Feuer flackerte während unseres Aufenthalts im nasskalten Oktober, die wohnliche Küche, die nicht nur mit dem Nötigsten, sondern auch dem Nützlichen ausgestattet ist, bewegte sogar meinen kulinarisch eher reaktiven Partner dazu, den Kochlöffel zu schwingen. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der Blick vom stillen Örtchen, der direkt auf die Ostsee ist, spektakulärer Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung der gehobenen Kategorie, in der man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Immer wieder gerne!
