"Nice attitude front desk, they offer luggage concierge, they let us checked in around 1:30pm , room is clean and organized, comfy bed, with ref and safe, satellite tv channel, theres a gym and pool, they offer buffet breakfast with wide array of dishes, super love it! Just a step away from restaurants, convenience stores and famous pier 39 and boat rides, "

"Room was nice, walkable to the wharf and many places. We loved it and our whole extended family stayed here. There was a restaurant on site they enjoyed. I didn't try it personally. Only complaint was the valet was a little unorganized but the customer service was top tier. "
