"I would like to give this place 5 stars. But can’t - The place was nice very colonial & clean. The restaurant had very good food & great view. The big problem was they had no heat. We froze our butts off at night. 64 degrees in our room & never went any higher. The thermostat didn’t even work. The staff said the place only has either air or heat. So they still had the air running. Blowing down on our heads in bed all night. I slept with my hoodie on & was still very cold. Would not go back....

"The location downtown & close to shopping, the lake, & the entrance to Watkins Glen gorge trail was outstanding. A QR code check in was not expected but the female employee working the creamery stepped up to help me with the process. There was no one working a front desk & no elevator. The parking spaces were extra small & cars parked over lines taking up 2 spaces. Young people were loud up until around 1am making sleep difficult. The room was clean & bed comfortable."
