The most friendly staff. Made us feel very welcomed. A bit noisy as the property is very centrally located. I recommend staying if your looking for comfort on a budget.

We reserved the last room available to meet a friend staying there over Christmas. The room description said no view, but we didn’t realize it would be a dark box with a couple porthole style openings high on the wall only. There was only one overhead light on the fan and no lamps in the room period. The room had only one electrical outlet and none in the bathroom which was also very dark with poor lighting. Across the narrow street was one building under construction and a rundown hostel. The nomads in the hostil gathered on the little paved road and partied playing soccer, hakisack & skateboarding till all hours keeping us awake. The whole town was dusty with not so cute awkward cobblestone half paved dusty streets. The beach was dirty and smelly as the towns sewer system was not adequate and the streams flowing into the bay were filthy with waste. We were lucky and found flights to get us out early and were happy to leave our paid in advance accommodations and escape this unsavory town.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located. We loved hanging out beside the refreshing pool reading and napping. A quick walk to the center of town made it a very convenient place to start our daily adventures.

ok hotel close to everything
we chose this hotel as it had a pool. we checked in, paid our balance and were then told the pool was not working. we were there for 3 days and never got to use the pool. we weren't offered anything for our disappointment. the room was small and dark. I assume clean but then again, there wasn't any light in the room. the toilet was backed up when we arrived and I had to plunge it myself. there was no hot water either. on the last day the owner did give us a ride to our next hotel, very nice. I liked the quaintness of this hotel but if were to stay there again I would make sure to find out if the pool were open first.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we had a big problems with the pool machines. The riom that you choose is the economic room, i hope in your next visit you can stay in one room of the tower. We your stay again. I hope you had have a nice trip back home guys Tere Maldonado

Diamond in the Rough
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The overall appearance was clean and beautiful looking, the pool looked inviting, and our room was one of the best I've stayed in. The winding staircase to our room was fabulous! We had our own private patio with table and chairs that we used for dinner every night, our room was incredibly clean and spacious, the kitchen even had dishes! The bathroom was very big and the shower was quite luxurious. Overall, this hotel was 5 star to me for such an amazing price! It's not close to the other tourist hotels which was nice if you want to be away from that sort of thing.

The owners are amazing people who invited my friend and I for a BBQ at the hotel that they were throwing for longer term guests who were finishing their stay. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful - especially Silver. I would certainly stay at the hotel again if I were in Sayulita.

Quaint Oasis
Fantastic little place a couple blocks from the beach and town. Very private and secure with 6 suites in total and parking for your rental car. Pool was refreshing and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of 5. Front desk (Silver) was friendly and efficient with all requests! We will come back again for sure!

Good location, easy walk to town and the beach is right down the block. Had a nice kitchen with a full sized fridge. Great closet space also. Silver the manager was great and helpful. Had 2 balconies off my suite. Garden and pool area was very well maintained.

Great Value in Sayulita
This hotel is located off the main area but an easy 5 minute walk to the action which kept it quiet at night while everything Sayulita has to offer is accessible. There was a large music festival in town during our stay and we were happy to be able to retreat away from the noise in the evenings. The room was quite small but adequate with a large closet to keep clothes and luggage out of the way. It was an overall good value, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room except to sleep and short rests between outings. Service was excellent. Silver at the front desk was very accommodating with getting us taxis, lending an iron, and giving us an extra blanket. There was some construction noise as they are adding an additional suite to the hotel but it was not bothersome despite it happening right outside our room. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again when visiting Sayulita.

It's a small but very nice place, with a pool in a garden courtyard. Only a couple of blocks from the beach and town square, and a little quieter-except for the pre-dawn fireworks and roosters (the construction noise doesn't count because I found that everywhere in Mexico on this trip) Room is very nice, and the architect did a great job here). For the price, they could have offered a little bit extra.

Never stay Hotel y Suites Los Encantos.
NEVER STAY at Hotel y Suites Los Encantos. They practice deception and bait and switch techniques.This was a terrible hotel. The room advertized and the actual room offered were different to the extreme. We actually had visited the hotel the prior year and were shown bright airy rooms with large windows and most with balconies. HOWEVER, when we arived the room we were given was dark and depressing only 3 small windows that were high in the wall. Each of these windows was not larger than a 10"x10" square. The room resembled a prison cell. The desk clerk though nice, did not speak english. We spoke to a woman on the phone who expained we were not shown that room last year because it did not exsist then. I expained that had we seen this room we would never have booked our stay there. She said it was not her fault and that it was not her problem. After a lenghty discussion she finally agreed to refund all but one night of our stay, but that we would need to come back the next day for the refund. Hot, frustrated and tired, we drug our bags around town and found the delightful hotel AURINKO BUNGALOWS with lovely staff and we had a wonderful vacation.

What a pleasant surprise! It was clean the desk staff "Silver" was outstanding. The pool was clean and inviting and it was 2 blocks from the beach. It was perfect!

El hotel muy bien, pero el servicio muy malo, me quede 3 noches pero solo 2 me hicieron el aseo, no me cambiaron las toallas, ni me Dejaron papel higiénico, tuvimos q comprar uno en tienda, al día siguiente reclame con la encargada y solo me dijo q no llego el personal. Q había dejado indicaciones de q me avisaran y nos entregarán papel y toallas limpias, lo cual nunca pasó, pésimo servicio.

El hotel está muy bien en enerel. Con una alberca muy agradable, muy amable la gente de la recepción, una buena ubicación. Cuenta con un estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones que es muy pequeño. Mi única queja fue la habitación que nos asignaron, está en la planta baja a un lado de la recepción; por lo que por las mañanas desde temprano se escucha mucho ruido, de la calle y el tráfico, pero sobre todo de las personas que están en la recepción. La habitación es muy pequeña, encerrada, con la ventaja que tiene aire acondicionado.

Todo excelente excepto la ubicación de la habitación que está justo en la recepción TERRIBLE porque escuchas muchisimo ruido y los empleados no toman en cuenta eso. Lo demás excelente, instalaciones, limpieza, atención, ubicacion del hotel, el cuarto muy bien con poca iluminación pero para 2 noches está bien.

El lugar es bonito sin embargo, es muy caro para lo que ofrece ...2 días no hubo agua caliente en regaderas, 1 día no asearon mi habitación, la piscina no cuenta con calefacción, y el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, me quedo a deber bastante

Room was too light at night. No curtains on some windows allowed too much light in. The one curtain in the room was too thin and didn't block the light from the street. The air conditioner was turned of when leaving the room. After walking the beach for a couple of hours, the room was back to 35 when I got back.

lo recomiendo: tranquilo y nada lejos del centro.
un lugar ideal para estar en familia. tranquilo, por eso lo recomiendo para gente que quiere estar cerca de todo: restaurantes, las tiendas, bares, pero lo suficientemente alejado de toda la gente para no escuchar el bullicio todo el tiempo.
