We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pool not being heated, but please be reminded that this information is clearly stated in our listing, along with the pool's location in the middle of the complex, which affects the amount of sunlight it receives during the winter months. We're also sorry to hear that you experienced some noise during your stay, however, as highlighted in our listing description, Sayulita is a growing and vibrant community, and we have no control over the ongoing construction in the area. Regarding the steep hill leading up to Florence Sayulita, we do state in our listing that the property is located at the top of a hill with a 40-degree incline and 60 meters in length. Furthermore, as much as we love toddlers, we also indicate that our property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
