The moment you checked in our system was failing due to a problem in all of Sayulita. We apologized for the inconvenience. We received a very rude treatment and did not appreciate being yelled at and called names. While we were doing your housekeeping service you stood at the door watching us clean and telling us we missed a stop when we were not finished. We understand we are customer service but should not be treated as less than human beings. All the moments we were yelled at we responded, and helped even after 10 pm when staff was already off on a holiday night. We did have the noise complaint from other guests which we realize upset you when we brought it to your atención and even then we treated you with a warning and not a fine even though various rules were broken.

Outside of every door we have our after hours phone number. If we would have known about the problem we could have done something about it. We are sorry about your experience. We did let you know the boys had checked out and the same noise problem would not occur.
