Castle Howard and Heartbeat country are an easy drive away. There is an award-winning butchers in the neighbouring village of Brompton. North Yorkshire Water Park is 6 miles from the properties. This is described as the largest natural water sport lake in North Yorkshire. Pub 1 mile and shops 3 miles.
