The Space:
Apartment 1 @ Easby Hall is flooded with light from the large windows and you’ll find stylish interiors in each room.

LIVING AREA
The apartment benefits from a cosy living area with a corner sofa, yellow statement chair and a flat screen TV. Pops of colour are added with soft furnishings and abstract art prints to create a really homely space.

KITCHEN
There is a spacious kitchen diner which is ideal for socialising and enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

BEDROOM
Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a truly tranquil space. There is a comfortable king size with premium bed linens and bedding to ensure you have a blissful night's sleep.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is clean and modern. A bath with overhead shower, WC and basin complete the space.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Easby Hall is amongst the treasures of South Cliff, including the Italian Gardens with their formal terraces, shelters and lily pond. The apartment is also within easy reach of all of the attractions. Not forgetting the seaside charm of the town, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover in Scarborough, as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe!

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more, or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, here you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. The Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park is perfect for all ages.

We highly recommend booking a seat at the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre to experience some first-class drama, music, films and comedy or make a splash at the Alpamare water park with outdoor pools, a wave machine and exhilarating state-of-the-art water rides.

Getting Around:
Easby Hall is located in an affluent area of Scarborough. With only a short walk to the cliff lift you can enjoy the Scarborough coastline in a matter of minutes, Scarborough is within a 1 hours’ drive time of Whitby, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 12 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
