B&B Hotel Mittenwald
B&B Hotel Mittenwald"This is a brand new B&B Hotel. It's in a beautiful location. It's clean and the premium room we had was spacious with a belcony that had mountain views. As expected with B&B hotels the rooms have no clutter or crap you don't need. Good charging ports for your electronics are handy. The check-in was automated and took more time than it should have as I had stayed with B&B before. The older gent in front of me struggled with inputting his name etc. More than one kiosk is needed. The hotel is...
"The hotel itself was excellent. The property was beautiful, comfortable, well maintained, and offered an outstanding breakfast. Up until check-out, I would have rated the stay very highly. Unfortunately, the check-out experience was extremely unpleasant due to the conduct of a front desk employee. When I questioned whether payment was still owing because I believed the reservation may have been prepaid through Hotels.com, the employee repeatedly interrupted me, became argumentative, and raised...
"It started off with the most super friendly and helpful receptionist who made us feel so welcome. Beautiful old building with lots of fantastic features. Lovely big room with kitchen facilities and stunning views. Super convenient location, free parking, great breakfast included in the price, we didn’t want to leave. Only quirky thing was the clear glass in the bathroom door with a perfect view of whoever might be sat on it. Hubby wasn’t keen but it just made me laugh and certainly didn’t ruin...
"The Hotel itself was very nice. The Bed was ok. Everything was clean. There was a language barrier between me and the clerk who could not understand everything we asked her. We called the desk several times and got no answer from the office. The restaurant closed very early on Saturday night and the Matre'd was not very accommodating. The Spa was nice and Nick did an outstanding job as our masseuse! Overall it was good but not great!"
