On a spacious, step-free 170 m², you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC – ideal for up to five guests. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, towels, washing machine, iron, and dishwasher. A private sauna adds extra comfort. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available.



The large private balcony with electric grill invites you to relax. You can also use the shared rooftop terrace with whirlpool and loungers. Parking is included, and a charging station for electric cars is available. Public transport is within easy walking distance. Small dogs up to 40 cm shoulder height are allowed on request; a daily fee per dog applies. Bread delivery service is also available on request.
