"Our stay at the Omni is always wonderful. I will say, though that our room did not have a refrigerator and was a little outdated, but the overall facility is wonderful."

"I really appreciate the opportunity to give feedback as I stay 60+ nights a year in hotels. This property needs updated. The 5th floor smells like urine and it hits you immediately upon getting off of the elevator. The hide-a-bed matreses are worn out and the TV's are dated. The breakfast was just ok. One safety item to point out....your cleaning person was mopping the entrance floors and hallways without a wet floor sign present. Huge liability issue as you know, but wanted to point that out as it is likely a training issue. Candidly, we will not return, but are grateful for the opportunity to share."
