Bluff House Inn

"An amazing place to relax and enjoy the view. Wish we would have stayed more than one night. Room was perfect, very quiet, very clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot tub was wonderful (clean and had the correct temp for a hot tub). Loved the community area-plenty of places to relax. Just note: the Lobster room we stayed in was upstairs and the steps were a bit steep for us old people. Just hang on to the rail. Definitely would come back!"

"The cabin was very quiet and out of the busy in town area, but close enough to easily get to restaurants and Acadia park. It was very clean and check in was great."

"The house was nice and the location was good because it was only 40 minutes from Acadia national Park and about 25 minutes to Schoodic Peninsula. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we did not realize until the end that we were located just a few miles of an entrance of Acadia forest....so don't miss that! We drive miles to go in near Bar Harbor. The view from front porch was beautiful. The beds were the best, we all slept great.Our hosts were exceptional"

"The place was lovely, our only suggestion would be that if you do have a booking, if the kayaks were tied up to the dock, they would be more available. There is no easy way to get them into the pond, and being almost 70 we didn’t attempt to use them."

"The view itself was priceless. The cottage was very clean. It did have a little step down going into the bedroom that I wasn’t aware of and almost fell. The shower is really tiny. The directions to the cottage had said something about seeing a sign to stay right, but turn left. There wasn’t any stay right sign that we saw. The cottage also said it was secluded but there is 2 neighbors. The trees block them but you can hear the kids playing, etc. On the other side we saw a man outside our window taking pictures of the sunset. The communication with the housekeeper was awesome. We definitely got plenty of relaxation in and did someFishing. We didn’t catch anything but enjoyed ourselfs."
