The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

The shower for the size of the bathroom was too small. there was no shower niche and the stool in the shower was useless. Room service took way too long delivering extra blankets for the children.

"This was probably the worst hotel room I've ever been in. The bathroom was dirty, moldy and the shower was dripping the whole time. It looks like there was water damage in the bathroom with part of the ceiling collapsed. There were several cigarette burns on the chair and ottoman in a non-smoking ..."
