"Rested in June at the villa, two families, three and two. The hosts are very hospitable, always assisted in all matters, ensure our comfort. The house is spacious, garden terrace, overlooking the sea. It was all very pleasant, clean and not noisy. Parking in the yard or next to the house, it is convenient. Went to the beach next to the house."

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben nach unserem Aufenthalt im quirligen Palermo die Ruhe hier in Sciacca sehr genossen. Von der Frühstücksterrasse aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf Garten und Meer. Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch zur Erkundung des Westens der Insel. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

bel soggiorno a Sciacca

bellissima settimana a Sciacca. Posizione strategica per visitare molti siti d'interesse. Abbiamo preferito la spiaggia di s Marco a quella della tonnara di Sciacca. le spiagge sono raggiungibili in due minuti di macchina. ( andate a S. Marco !) Appartamento in villa molto bello e spazioso. Noi avevamo il piano superiore con terrazza che regala una vista mare stupenda e di sera una Sciacca illuminata. Casa fornita di tutto. Il sig.Giuseppe e sua moglie sono stati molto cordiali e premurosi affinchè il nostro soggiorno potesse essere dei migliori.

"Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di luglio nell'' appartamento al piano inferiore. L''appartamento é molto spazioso, munito di tutti i confort necessari e abbiamo trovato molto comodo il balcone dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato molte volte durante il nostro soggiorno. La casa é situata in una zona tranquilla di schiaccia con vista mare. Il mare e il centro della città si trovano a un paio di km quindi é necessario noleggiare una macchina per apprezzare al meglio i luoghi degli di nota. Per eventuali problemi e consigli il Sig. Giuseppe é sempre disponibile."

La perfetta dimora per sentirsi a casa in Sicilia

La villetta è comodissima, pulita, attrezzata di ogni comfort ed in posizione tranquilla e strategica per poter visitare le meravigliose spiagge dei dintorni e le tante attrattive archeologiche, naturalistiche e paesaggistiche del sud ovest della Sicilia. Very friendly vacation

Nice clean apartment with a very pretty garden. The excellent view over the bay with its fishing boats and view of the headland was the best television documentary. Many interesting places to visit and the most friendly couple showed us many brilliant day trips. It was a fantastic holiday especially for my Russian speaking wife who made a new friend in Irina. Would visit again. Thank you, Irina and Guiseppe.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Giuseppe empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung wie sie veröffentlicht ist. Ein herrlicher Blick aufs vom Balkon aus/ wir hatten die obere Wohnung. Mit den Auto, was man unbedingt braucht, sind die Strände/ San Marco in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Altstadt Sciacca ,Hafen , Restaurants ist alles hervorragend und schnell zu erreichen. Traditionelle Trattoria mit super Pizza u.guten Wein ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war einfach Klasse, gerne wieder, Danke Giuseppe und Iryna

Traumhafter Blick in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Villen etwas außerhalb von Sciacca und oberhalb des Meeres. Von der überdachten Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und in die Bucht vor Sciacca. Der Garten des Anwesens ist sehr schön angelegt. Zu Fuss ist eine nette Trattoria erreichbar. Supermärkte und weiter Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreicht man am besten mit dem Auto. Ebenso den Strand unterhalb des Anwesens. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige Bademöglichkeiten entlang der Küste und auch die Stadt Sciacca ist ein Highlight für Urlauber die den ursprünglichen Flair eines Urlaubslandes erleben möchten ohne mit den Touristenmassen zu schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber dennoch liebevoll mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet was es braucht. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Dazu ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten waren bereits bei Ankunft bezogen und der Vermieter stellte uns Obst und Croissants als Willkommensgruß bereit.Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand und äußerst sauber. Der Vermieter ist äußerst hilfsbereit, überaus freundlich und steht jederzeit unaufdringlich mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Superbe Villa avec magnifique vue sur mer

Excellent séjour dans magnifique maisonnées équipée, tres bien située au calme, avec magnifique jardin et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont repondu à toutes nos demandes. La villa Venezia è una casa molto bella e accogliente, comoda anche per due famiglie(bisogna essere fortunati a trovare i vicini giusti). Il giardino è molto bello e curato in ogni dettaglio. La casa tuttavia e situata in una zona molto distante da qualsiasi cosa, sia dal mare che dal centro, quindi è necessaria la macchina per ogni spostamento. La zona, infatti è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è provvista di un solo ristorantino spartano ma grazioso.

Giorni Splendidi!

Inizierei col dire che il proprietario, il (prof.) Giuseppe, è un ospite eccezionale. Mai invadente ma sempre pronto a darti i migliori consigli per visite e per luoghi dove ristorare. Una persona piena di vita che staresti ad ascoltare per ore! L'appartamento è spazioso e molto fruibile per una famiglia con due bambini. La vista sul mare di Sciacca è splendida! I ristoranti al porto sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti in auto. Selinunte raggiungibile in 40 min mentre la Valle dei Templi dista solo un'ora. Nonostante l'appartamento si trovi a pochi metri dalla costa, rappresenta un luogo strategico anche per un turismo culturale ed enogastronomico. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio! Grazie di tutto Prof!

Bellissima vacanza in famiglia!

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mia figlia durante l'ultima settimana di Agosto ed è stato meraviglioso. L'appartamento fa parte di una casa con giardino con molto spazio, è luminoso, pulito e con tutto quello che serve, dalla lavatrice al tostapane! Piacevolissimo fare colazione o cenare in veranda, e sempre abbastanza ventilato. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ed è perfetta per muoversi e visitare la zona.

Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, haben im Mai eine herrliche Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Irene und Guiseppe sind sehr nette, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Antwortzeiten per Mail sind sensationell. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und auf Sciacca. Restaurant und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lediglich zum Meer, zu den Stränden, sowie in die Stadt Sciacca selbst empfiehlt es sich mit dem Auto zu fahren. Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die schönen Strände an der Küste bis nach Agrigento zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Besuch des Hafens in Sciacca, am besten nachmittags, wenn die Fischerboote einlaufen und den fangfrischen Fisch vom Schiff herunter verkaufen. Wir haben uns in Irenes und Giuseppes Ferienwohnung so wohl gefühlt, dass wir in einem halben Jahr wieder kommen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal. Thorsten, Petra und Felix

Vacanze autunnali in sicilia

L'appartamento è luminoso, pulito,tranquillo e dotato di tutti i confort con annesso un ampio terrazzo con splendida vista sul mare. Il giardino è molto curato con bellissimi fiori ed ulivi carichi di frutti. I proprietari si sono sempre dimostrati cordiali e disponibili. Su indicazione del sig.Giuseppe abbiamo pranzato alla trattoria Italia al porto( molto buono il pesce ) e presso la vicina pizzeria Trazzera (splendida la zuppa di patate e verdura).Da ripetere!

L'appartamento è luminoso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort con ampio terrazzo e splendida vista sul mare. I proprietari si sono sempre dimostrati cordiali e disponibili. Su indicazione del sig. Giuseppe abbiamo pranzato alla trattoria Italia,al porto (molto buono il pesce) e presso la vicina pizzeria Trazzera (splendida la zuppa di patate e verdura) . Il giardino è curato , ricco di magnifici fiori ed ulivi carichi di frutti.Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Our Stay at the Apartment in Capo San Marco

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with fantastic views over the sea. All of the basic facilities were in the apartment and just right for a self catering holiday. Our host Guiseppe was really helpful and collected us from Sciacca when we were lost. He and his wife Irina guided us to the local shops for essential shopping. Everything was perfect but maybe would have been improved by the availability of more information about the local area within the apartment and possibly a few games by playing cards, etc. Also a small welcome pack would add that little extra to this very good apartment. A car is essential as is Sat Nav as we could not have found the apartment without it. There is a good variety of restaurants in Sciacca about 2 miles away and lots of shops about 1 mile away. The best beach is in Sciacca.

Zwei erholsame Wochen in Sciacca

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in Sciacca verbracht. Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die jenseits der Bucht liegende Stadt Sciacca. Die ausgesprochen angenehmen und freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nur wenige Schritte entfernt und stehen für Fragen und Hinweise jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ganz in der Nähe laden schöne Sandstrände zum Baden ein. Natürlich haben wir auch Fahrten in die Umgebung unternommen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Orte Sambuca di Sicilia und Caltabellotta. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert: der Fischmarkt mit frischen Meeresfrüchten, die wir in der gut eingerichteten Kochecke zubereitet haben. Empfehlenswert !

Casa ideale per vacanze tranquille e rilassanti

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane nella villa in assoluta tranquillità e rilassatezza. Il posto dove la casa è situata è molto tranquillo e la vista mare che offre è a dir poco spettacolare. La casa è risultata confortevole, spaziosa, ben accessoriata e perfettamente pulita, in perfetta sintonia con quanto viene descritto nel sito. In modo particolare abbiamo utilizzato il terrazzo alla sera per la cena e godere del panorama. Piacevole è stato anche l'aver trovato una piccola biblioteca con dei romanzi e delle guide della Sicilia. Utile soprattutto per chi arriva in aereo e deve limitare il peso dei bagagli. I proprietari sono delle persone cordiali e disponibili che ci hanno coccolati durante la nostra permanenza. Non si sono risparmiati nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli sui luoghi da visitare o in caso di necessità. Le spiagge, raggiungibili con pochi minuti di macchina, sono pulite, piacevoli, tranquille e il mare è a dir poco stupendo! Anche il centro di Sciacca si raggiunge in pochi minuti di macchina ed è una cittadina gradevole, con ristoranti e bar in cui abbiamo gustato le squisite granite siciliane, oltre che dell'ottimo pesce. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa, c'è un piccolo mini market, comodo per la spesa quotidiana e per trovare cibi pronti da portare in spiaggia. Abbiamo già messo in cantiere un'altra vacanza in Sicilia e di sicuro torneremo nella stessa struttura. Di sicuro, se scegliete questa soluzione per la vostra vacanza, vi troverete bene come lo è stato per noi. Chiara e Marco G.

Ampia, piena di luce, comoda, pulitissima, curata nei particolari, dotata di tutti i comfort, nessuno escluso. La casa di Sciacca e' diventata dopo un giorno la 'nostra' casa, complice anche la gentilezza del dr. Venezia e di sua moglie che ci hanno accolto e assistito con grande attenzione, simpatia e discrezione nel suggerirci possibili itinerari, negozi della zona, locali in cui pranzare. La posizione e' ottima, in un'area residenziale tranquilla poco distante dal centro storico e al tempo stesso dalle numerose e splendide spiagge, molte della quali riserve naturali, che caratterizzano la zona. Unico neo: la nostalgia che ti assale quando rientri alla base!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben hier eine absolut perfekte Woche verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, und hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten privaten Garten, mit mehreren alten Olivenbäumen, und mit gutem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist modern, und man kann Tagsüber schön draußen sitzen (im Schatten mit Markise), oder auch am Abend mit etwas Essen und Wein. Sciacca ist etwa 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, und bietet alles was man braucht (Essen, Restaurants, Geschäfte). Aber die Lage ist auch perfekt um West-Sizilien tagsüber mit dem Auto zu entdecken (z.B. Trapani/Erice, Palermo, Agrigento). Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und sind sehr nett und immer verfügbar um Tipps zu Ausflügen zu geben. Das Haus hat eine komplette Küche, und auch eine Waschmaschine - was sehr hilfreich ist.

Place as stated in description and photos. Beautiful place, with all amenities needed. The owner Gisueppe is very kind and warm and ready to help you with any questions. You will need a car,! Have breakfast at Il Girasole; the owners are very lovely.
