"had a very upsetting experience staying at this hotel with my kids. The biggest issue was the staff’s attitude—they were extremely rude and made multiple complaints about my children simply being kids. We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, yet we were treated like a problem instead of paying guests. Traveling with children should not mean being made to feel unwelcome. The way the staff spoke to us was unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Instead of offering understanding or basic courtesy, they made the environment uncomfortable for my entire family. A hotel should be a place where families feel safe and respected, but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with kids. We will not be returning. I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel with my kids. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains, trash left behind, and it didn’t feel safe or comfortable for my children. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I brought up concerns. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. Basic amenities were either missing or not working, which made our stay even more frustrating. This was supposed to be a relaxing and safe place for my family, but it was the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families."

The bathroom door was a translucent slider that opened towards the beds. If one person used the bathroom, unfortunately, everyone in the room used the bathroom. "The lady in the front desk Sarana , cancelled my hotel reservation and pretend I did not have a reservation and made me book all again for the arrival night for a higher price. I did it because It was late in the night. When I spoke to Sandra an excellent front desk staff in the morning shift, she figured out that she found my reservation and the night shift lady did a mistake. The supervisor Sebastian argues and would NOT process my reservation as-is instead want to keep the higher price. This place is a night mare, and people were smoking and yelling in the nights. "
