"The property is well located right off the beach.. It is a short walk to the Main Street where there is a lot of entertainment and food. However, the property is starting to show its age. It needs a refresh. It needed a new mattress in our bedroom and the bathroom was a little worn.. the staff were less than helpful. The self-help market downstairs was not stocked well, without a single bottle of water the entire trip we were there.. I asked staff about it. They said yeah we have some but they’re not cold.. We ended up checking out early the night before we were supposed to migrated up to Santa Barbara and had a lovely time"

"I booked a handicap room with roll in shower. My daughter is disabled Booked aweek in advance drove 2hrs got to hotel and was told we didn't have a room that I booked. I showed the two ladies at desk this is what I booked. One lady was really trying to be helpful and the other one just didn't care. I was very upset but we were there My daughter could not take a shower. We were only there one day but it was the principal of the whole thing. I will be calling corporate. When we checked out the young man Isaiah was very helpful and was apparently upset, and apologize for what happened. Thank you Isaiah for for being caring, and showed empathy."
