"Property is outdated. Non working elevators, back parking lot didn’t feel safe, beds were not comfortable, patio screen door was off hinges, view of beach was from a long distance; pictures are deceiving. If you want to be closer to ocean view ask before you book otherwise you will be looking at the oceanfront from across several properties. Price is not worth it. "

"had a very upsetting experience staying at this hotel with my kids. The biggest issue was the staff’s attitude—they were extremely rude and made multiple complaints about my children simply being kids. We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, yet we were treated like a problem instead of paying guests.
Traveling with children should not mean being made to feel unwelcome. The way the staff spoke to us was unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Instead of offering understanding or basic courtesy, they made the environment uncomfortable for my entire family.
A hotel should be a place where families feel safe and respected, but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with kids. We will not be returning. I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel with my kids. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains, trash left behind, and it didn’t feel safe or comfortable for my children.
The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I brought up concerns. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like an inconvenience. Basic amenities were either missing or not working, which made our stay even more frustrating.
This was supposed to be a relaxing and safe place for my family, but it was the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families."
