Passed the test of being able to stand on the carpet with bare feet and not feel like I was having a depraved experience

Really enjoyable stay, made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean with housekeeping attending to the room everyday. The location is ideal for Manchester Picadilly, for the Arndale shopping centre and for the Northern Quarter. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Didn’t like the number of jet airplanes flying overhead

This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new management so the kitchen was not up and running for serving breakfast. Totally silent at night, so we slept really well. Comfortable temperature all night on a very stormy wet weekend. Would definitely stay again if working an event in Manchester.

No breakfast at the property unless it is a weekend but the rooms are amazing. The bed is supper comfortable and you get a free beer and a food voucher
