Short drive to Cross Country Ski Headquarters which is why we came. Recent thaw and freeze caused icy conditions that required attention for safety by both host and us. Flooring needs transition strips to prevent tripping. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! We rented a pontoon boat and there was a mooring in place so we didn’t need to bring our own. There were plenty of inside and outside games/toys to keep everyone occupied. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location on the lake was perfect. The hosts, Kathy and Chris, were very friendly and accommodating. Our whole experience was a 10/10 and we couldn’t be happier!!!"
