"House was comfy , cozy and clean. Denise puts forth extra effort to ensure all the guests needs are met and even has an emergency backup cabinet in the event you forget a necessity like deodorant or toothpaste. The hot tub was amazing. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! We rented a pontoon boat and there was a mooring in place so we didn’t need to bring our own. There were plenty of inside and outside games/toys to keep everyone occupied. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location on the lake was perfect. The hosts, Kathy and Chris, were very friendly and accommodating. Our whole experience was a 10/10 and we couldn’t be happier!!!"

"What a perfect location for a 3-day weekend trip to end the summer! Place was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Location was quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do. Will return for a longer stay next year!! "
