"I loved it was as advertised. Not many places still do that so my big family enjoyed that. However, my last morning I left my room(305) and went to my other room (303) with my mother. I went to go back in my room & the keys did not work. My children were still sleeping. It took two key resets, a maintenance man, 3 elevator rides, and almost an hour later to get this issue fixed once the master key reset the door lock. This was not a good experience and when I asked if I could have a discount for the inconvenience on a future stay I was told no. I got $10."

"When we first arrived the girl working the desk WAS NOT friendly. We arrived a little later in the evening and it felt like it was a serious problem for her. There were no roll away beds, which was a bit of a bummer, and the couch in the room is pretty small. The room itself is large, although it’s strange that there is a severe lack of places to hang things like towels and swimsuits in the bathroom. There were also mounts for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower but no bottles on the mounts. We were provided one tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for 3 adult women staying in one room, which was definitely not enough. And what happened to the conditioner? Finally, when I went to check out I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk and they never did so I just left. All in all I probably won’t stay here again. The property was clean and the room was pretty big, but the lack of customer service and amenities will likely drive me to stay somewhere else in the future. The beds were also AWFUL."
