"Be aware that the pull out couch has no mattress, it is a folding sofa and the sleep surface is very hard, do not recommend using it for sleeping. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good."

"The rental inside is very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with towels. Walking distance to downtown Georgetown were they have shops, etc. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper you will hear the horns on the multiple trains that go by in the evening/overnight/morning. "

"Such a cozy and inviting space. Plenty of room to spread out if you have several adults or are working remotely! Everything was well kempt and stocked. The kitchen was better than most spaces we have stayed in and the bathrooms were clean and neat. The backyard was spacious and would be great for entertaining... we wish it would have been just a bit warmer and we would have sat around the fire pit! Great space and highly recommend! Georgetown is a cute, quaint little town as well!"

"Loved the old charm of this house. Plenty of room for all of us to gather and also be totally private. Excellent location to shops and dining with a charming pub right down the road. Close to almost all the major distillerys and dining. "

"Nice little place with a great view on Old Lemon Mills (good walking the road, too). —One lesson learned with a last minute booking, was to ask next time for minimal air freshener/ spraying! I had real difficulty breathing w asthma the first night, but Sabrina from the Kentucky team was very responsive & brought over a good air filter the next day, which helped a lot. —Minus the air freshener blitz, we would stay there again "

"Gorgeous property! Light, airy, impeccably clean, spacious home with high ceilings, an extremely well-appointment kitchen, and beautiful finishes throughout. The whole house felt elevated, elegant, and modern with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The hosts have thought of everything from plenty of soft throw blankets to easily-accessible supplies and a list of fantastic local independent restaurants. We definitely felt more like invited guests than renters- a rare thing!The house layout in genius. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house (one front and one back) with the kitchen and living room between them. They each have their own spacious bathroom and each has immediate access to outdoor seating areas (the front porch or the back firepit). I travelled with family but I can imagine this would be perfect for two couples traveling together as the privacy was outstanding.The location was great- just a block off Georgetown’s cute historic walkable Main Street with several restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and parking was readily available right across the street.The hosts’ communication was fantastic and proactive.We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to other people visiting the area. This property is a gem!"
