"This house was a sweet little cottage in a quiet area. Neighbors were very quiet. Georgetown offered a lot of places to eat and is a good central location between the Ark and Lexington plus the wilderness areas just south, Frankfort to the west! Beds were comfortable. All was as promised and depicted. We would definitely choose this home again!! "

"Really cute place The Bed was so comfortable I wanted to load it up and take it back to Oklahoma The shower was really nice We came from Oklahoma to visit the Ark and this place was close enough to accommodate that We loved the green grass Wish we could have move the house and relocate it on our land."

"The couch and recliner were very cheap and uncomfortable. The floor is way dirty. left our feet black after just very little walking, and the backyard had dog poop throughout, which made it smell and kept me from letting my son play out there.Other than those issues, I’d say it’s a 5-star place. The location is great—quiet and very nice. With some upgraded furniture and better attention to cleanliness outside, this place would be excellent."
