" The rooms were clean the staff at check-in and serving in all the hotel amenities like the library bar and the gift shop were really friendly. In the evenings when you arrive late, you have to show your room key to prove that their safety at the hotel and they will not just allow anybody in. They do have a $35 a day resort fee but that gives you $35 credit at any of the amenity or gift shop or bars or restaurants plus you get two complementary bottles of water every day to offset the cost, I really enjoyed my stay at the grand Sheraton and would highly recommend."

"Too noisy , housekeeping crew kept banging the door of their storage which was located next to our room .. this would go on every night until 1am .. room is outdated , bathroom needs some serious help .specially for the cost. staff is great and friendly .. but facilities really needs some care and renovation."

"I stayed here for a short one-night break, just to have some quiet time for myself. I packed very lightly and only brought a few essentials. On the day of checkout, I stepped out in the morning and returned around 11 AM to grab my belongings before my 12 PM checkout. When I came back, I was surprised to find that housekeeping had already entered my room and started cleaning, even though I had not checked out yet and still had time remaining. While I understand they may prepare rooms in advance, entering before checkout without confirmation felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, this resulted in a frustrating situation. I had left a pair of earrings in the room, and they were missing when I returned. Even my bottle of water was gone, which makes me believe my belongings may have been cleared out prematurely. I reported this to the front desk, but the response was disappointing. I was repeatedly asked to wait while they checked lost and found, but nothing turned up. If the items were mistakenly discarded, it’s unlikely they would ever appear there. This experience left me feeling upset and unheard. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe until they officially check out. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves communication between housekeeping and guests to prevent situations like this from happening again."

"On a different day it could have been a nice stay. When we got there I noticed that whoever had stayed in my room previously had lightly smeared what looked like excrement on the back of the bathroom door, and there was a booger on the TV. We asked staff to clean it up and they did, but that’s not something anybody should be missing pre check in. Other than that the room was relatively clean. We needed more pillows and there weren’t any available aside from the two extremely weak/unsupportive ones left with the room. Took an hour to request a TV remote that actually worked. "
