Reception clerk was just horrible, disrespectful and a habitual liar. Room is average and tiny. We stayed in many of these intercity hotels but I had enough of them. After this 3 weeks trip l will not choose İntercity Hotels for our future trips

I stayed at Novotel for 3 weeks whilst I was working in Karlsruhe. It's very well located near the theatre, the shopping mall and easy to walk into the town.
