"The photos are deceiving. While the cottage itself is comfy and cozy, it sits directly on a busy street with constant traffic — day and night, without pause. Any hope of a peaceful sunset or a quiet moment outside is completely overshadowed by the noise and movement of passing cars.There is no beach access, and the kayak launch requires hauling equipment nearly 2 miles away, making water activities far more effort than advertised. A simple stroll or sitting outside to enjoy the scenery simply isn’t possible given the location.For the price, this property falls well short of expectations. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat, look elsewhere."
