Welcome to your Sea Ranch retreat. This 2-bedroom + loft house sleeps up to 6 and offers sea views, near-ocean ambiance, and access to community trails, beaches, and pools.
The Space:
Settle into a serene, down-to-earth escape designed for relaxing coastal days and starry nights. The home sleeps 6 across two private bedrooms plus a loft and includes two full bathrooms for easy mornings. A comfortable living area opens to outdoor spaces where you can grill dinner, unwind by the fire pit, or sway in the hammock. After a day on the trails or shoreline, soak in the private hot tub, play a round of board games, or catch up on emails at the workstation with monitor in the primary suite. Practical perks like a washer and dryer and on-site EV charging make longer stays simple.

• Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, workstation with monitor, and ensuite bathroom with large single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Loft: King bed
• Bathroom 2: Full hall bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Passes are required and will be provided in the home upon arrival. These passes also serve as pool passes for Sea Ranch facilities.
• Community amenities: The Sea Ranch Association manages community pools, beaches, trails, and recreation facilities. Bring your provided passes for access and be aware that hours/services may vary.
• EV charging: Tesla wall connector on site. If your vehicle uses the NACS standard, no adapter is needed. Otherwise, please bring your own adapter.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home.
• WiFi and cell service: Service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable due to the area’s rural, coastal location. Speed and reliability are not guaranteed.
• Security camera: One exterior camera is located at the front patio, monitoring the driveway. It records exterior areas only.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog (under 30 lbs) is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Please pick up after your pet.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Local note: The town of Gualala is a short drive north for galleries, shops, and cafés; the Gualala River offers kayaking and paddleboarding.
