"The staff was easy to reach despite not being on site. The room was fairly clean, slightly remodeled. It was off season, so no pool, but the location was good. The beds were pretty comfy but they didn't have a blanket, just a sheet and a thin comforter. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which was super helpful. The instructions to check out were a bit strange. Take off all the bedding, take all your trash to the receptacles outside. Felt like a lot. But overall a good stay."

"This property is amazing! It is beautiful both inside and out! It sits right on the beach with the ocean just steps away. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable--Chip and Camille thought of everything! They even had a basket of snacks, water bottles and cheese for us--that was such a nice touch! They included a notebook in the home with all kinds of very helpful information such as good restaurants, sights to see and things to do in the area. Chip and Camille live on the other side of this home so we were able to meet them and their sweet pups and they are the nicest, most friendly people ever! Chip's communication was incredible--when I messaged him with questions before our trip, he answered within minutes every time. He was so helpful! If you are looking to visit the coast of New Hampshire, I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed!"
