"I’ve been here for years it’s cheap and you get what you pay for but this stay was different. Hot tub was broken which is why we chose this place chose to upgrade to the jacuzzi suit. WORST CHOICE. It was DISGUSTING. Stains all over the place cracked and black spots. The toilet had feces around the rim and even the floor was starting to lift in areas and it was 350 dollars which is more then it was online ! Wrote an email to management and haven’t heard back yet. Worst birthday getaway ever. "

"The house is extraordinary! It's large and easily accommodated our family of 16: 9 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids, and 1 baby. Everything was very clean! Loved the kitchen, and it was well stocked. If you're looking for a large place for many people, this is perfect.Admittedly we chose this property for the pool. I wouldn't recommend it if that's your priority. We booked for a long weekend. The night we got there the water was beyond hot, and not swimmable. The young kids were extremely disappointed, as was I. The next couple of days it was fine, and we spend many, many hours swimming. Then it was a bit cool, and despite doing what the property manager told us to do, it didn't warm up. Also the hot tub was not hot. I ended up leaving a day early because of the pool. The pool is a wonderful size. There were a lot of things to play with in the pool, which was nice when the temp was good.The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns!So, if you're going for space, I'd absolutely recommend the house. It was chilly for our visit, but the outside patio looked awesome for someone visiting in better temps. If you're going for the pool, I'd probably pass. The price was high, so to have the pool not usable the whole time was extremely disappointing!"
