"I didn’t mind having the ground floor room where you couldn’t see the ocean but wouldn’t stay in one again. Upstairs guests were very heavy walkers and had a child that ran back and forth in the room which was pretty noisy. Other than that I would definitely stay again just on the upper level."

"My only complaint is the bed, it was hard and the sheets were rough. It's an older property that is only partially updated, but it was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location is wonderful."

"This was easily the cleanest rental we have stayed in in a very long time. Whoever the cleaning person is, they deserve a raise. Especially considering that it is a pet friendly home, we were very impressed. This house accommodated my large family nicely with plenty of room and great hide and seek spots and games for all ages. The only down side would be that the hot water runs out very quickly. We spread showers throughout the day and not everyone took one each day, and there was still inevitably someone who got a cold shower each day. However, everything else about the house made up for it. We come to Seaside every year, and this will be a house we look into again in the future. "
