Beautiful historical Ballard home w/ outdoor patio!

This property is a historic 3bd/2bath brick house in the NE Ballard neighborhood of Whittier Heights.

The house is extremely cozy in the winter, and brings in a ton of sun in in the summer! Furthermore, we have a newly renovated patio in our yard to enjoy drinks / dinner in the sun.

Whittier Heights is a very peaceful neighborhood -- and at the same time is walkable (5-8 mins) to a ton of lively neighborhood joints:
- Delancey (amazing pizza & aperol spritz)
- Fat Hen (Seattle's best best brunch)
- Barking Dog
- Take 5 Deli
- Frankie & Joe's-
- Joli
- Mainstay
and the list goes on!

If you're interested in going to Downtown Ballard, you're a short 7 min drive / 30 min walk away. Furthermore, the house is next to the bus stop servicing a direct route to Fremont / downtown Seattle.
