Welcome to our newly renovated, fully furnished 2-bedroom home! Just an 10-minute walk from Mount Baker Light Rail, 10-minute drive to Lumen Field, downtown Seattle, Bill Wright Golf Course, and Jefferson Park, and less than 20 minutes drive to pier 66 & 91 (for cruise ship)

Enjoy the vibrant North Beacon Hill neighborhood, known for its diverse food scene, cozy cafés, and scenic parks with stunning city views!

This home offers a spacious layout with 2 queen memory foam beds, 1 sofa bed, a minisplit in each room for both heating and cooling. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV, keyless entry, board games, 2 private parking space, and plenty of street parking.

Full access to the entire place, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available.

The unit is fully private with its own entrance and amenities, and is part of a home with 2 other separate units. A friendly family with young children lives upstairs, so you might occasionally hear some footsteps or everyday sounds.
