The Space:
Our inviting 3-bedroom house offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making it your home away from home. The living room is filled with natural light and features plush seating, perfect for relaxing or watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and ample counter space. Enjoy your morning coffee at the cozy breakfast nook with seating for two.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with its own unique style. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer a double bed and a single bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Family Vacay to Seattle

Our stay was fantastic. Great area, we walked and ride transit everywhere the local restaurants were great. The house was very cute and cozy. We all had a great time.

this property not is to vrbo standard

this property is falling apart. The kitchen sink stopped working while we were there. the kitchen exhaust fan screeched and didn't work. The toilet tank in the bathroom was slowly leaking onto the floor by the shower. It is an old house and expect it to smell that way but the house stunk of smell like cat litter, like it is baked into the floor. The bedrooms walls are badly patched from some long ago repair. The wood floor is beyond it's life and breaking down. The exterior of the house is failing. Overall this property is in terrible shape and was not a pleasant stay. The property manager was responsive and even apologetic, but this property isn't anywhere near the standard of the other vrbo stays I have had. It is too bad because it's location is amazing for central seattle area.

Great stay

I loved my stay and was very cozy. It felt safe and close to lots of things and the train on capital hill. Only downside is the stairs out front are very very steep and I would not recommend anyone with a physical disability rent due to the sheer steep incline of the stairs. Other than that very comfortable stay with tv.

Seahawks trip 2023 - it was amazing

Thank you! The house was a perfect home base for our 4 day “bucket list” trip to Seattle to watch the Seahawks! We felt at home, loved the neighbourlhood and exploring nearby areas on foot.
