I think the service people where great but took them along time to help.. When I arrived the gal said it would be a moment while she signed it to computer, once on she turned and walked away after I had patiently waited over 10 mins already. Then it was another 5 plus minutes before someone came out and helped. Leaving took about 10 mins for someone to arrive out front again to help.. Just think this could be better for all concerned, before it makes one take pause and book else where in future.. Other then that it was very clean, very friendly, no other issues.

Wonderful Room
Wonderful room. I stayed for 2 days. I nice little patio off the room. I was able to reheat the wonderful dinner I had at a restaurant the night before and have myn dinner there instyead of having to run around and find a reastaurant after a long day.

Nice stay, competitive price.
Nice studio, clean, and staff was very nice. Bed was comfy, shower was good, and TV worked, so it was a successful stay. The area kind of feels like you step out onto a highway, but it is still walkable to a couple restaurants, a tea spot, and even to an outdoor mall area if you walk a little further.

The room was great. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was lacking; only ate there once because of limited choices compared to other hotel breakfasts. Also, the parking garage had difficult to maneuver into narrow spots with lots of columns.

Super clean hotel, great location.
Really impressed with the room. Plenty of space to stretch out. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We came over for a Mariners game and were right off the freeway. Right by the Landings. Great spot to stay. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options.

Continuous 12 hour earthquakes overhead!!! I was in room 335, room 445 was occupied by inconsiderate, rude, loud, jerks!!! Crying baby and kids running for HOURS!!! Three calls (two @ night, one in morning) to front desk did NOTHING! SOLUTION: bang on door and threaten to throw them out. I paid $400 a night, ridiculous! Quiet pilots and individuals should be on upper floors!!! Overall great location and property.

Beautiful hotel l. the suites are amazing. The gym had every piece of equipment I needed for a full body workout. The breakfast was hands down the best complimentary but they breakfast I've ever had. The only downside was all of the apps on the TVs were down so all we were left with was a few mainstream channels and their internet doesn't agree with my streaming device.

Second stay- will only stay at this hotel again.
This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is located near lots of shopping and dining options and the rooms were clean and updated. The staff are absolutely amazing. The only name I can remember is Kate from the front desk, but I wish I could have remembered more. She always answers every silly question I have and makes sure to go above and beyond even when I know she is busy. Parking was worth the $9 charge. There was a draining rain issue that left super big puddles in the parking garage, but I’m sure they will fix it fast. Breakfast was delicious and included. We were there on Christmas and I saw a family making use of the grill on the patio to cook up some steaks. Not a bad setup if you have to be in a hotel for the holidays! I honestly don’t think we will stay at any other hotel when we visit family now.

For the most part everything was fine. The light fixture in the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was brown smears on it along with hairs all over the shower.
