"Comfortable beds, quiet, good location. Missed the amenities of a large hotel (ex. free coffee is only available at certain hours when the cafe is not open, no pool, the lounge is relatively small.) Housekeeping is not consistently done on a daily basis."

The man at the desk (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so irritated I walked away) would only speak to my husband. He asked for his email, I tried to give him mine - he said "no, I am asking ..."
