"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes from Times Square, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The hotel itself is clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downside to the room was that the restroom was quite small. The food at the hotel restaurant was very expensive and not the best, I feel there are much better options outside the hotel. Customer service, however, was good and met expectations.
