Old design, and inconvenient hotel

A Magical Stay at Kronberg Schlosshotel Staying at Kronberg Schlosshotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I’d stepped into a fairy tale. The castle itself is breathtaking — impeccably preserved, rich with history, and filled with elegant details that make every corner feel special. The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make the stay perfect. Every request was handled with grace and attention to detail. My room was stunning, beautifully furnished with a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, and the grounds were an absolute dream to explore. Breakfast and dining were a highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and served in unforgettable surroundings. Whether relaxing in the gardens, enjoying a quiet moment in the library, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the entire experience felt luxurious and serene. Kronberg Schlosshotel is more than a hotel — it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return. An easy five stars! 🌟

5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day

We arrived a little early and room was ready. Staff was great, room was very clean. Great view from balcony over the river!

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.
