Luxury Villa Tinka***** - Dalmatian dream house

This magnificent villa in Sumartin made entirely of world famous Brač stone can accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms. It consists of 2 identical parts incorporated into one property. Each part of the home has 2 large bedrooms and 1 extra large bedroom consisting grand terrace with a sea view. Each part of the villa also features a large living and dining area, sauna room and large gym in the basement. Every bedroom is air conditioned, posses en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe and internet TV. Outside there is a swimming pool as the central part of the villa, while on the left and right side there are outdoor dining areas with a comfortable fireplace on each side. Villa with 450m2 will make you feel comfortable like in castle, while view from the villa is fascinating and overlooks the main promenade and port of Sumartin. Bars, restaurants, beach and main promenade are just less than 100m distance so within 2min of walk you are in center of this lovely pitoresque village.
