"The property was not as advertised. The room was 10 x 15 including the bathroom, desk, clothes rack and a queen bed. There was no restaurant on premise. The rooftop hot tub was a basement tub with hot water. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Room was quiet, spacious, and clean with premium shampoo and liquid soap. The in-room breakfast basket was a treat each day. Complimentary laundry was available in the basement. (Bring detergent sheets.) The friendly staff was available to answer our questions. The location is optimal for downtown, not too far from tourist stop #6. The property is immaculate. This hotel comes highly recommended."

"Breakfast was okay. Dinner was great. The room was very warm. For me that’s perfect. For my husband, not so much. The lobby is gorgeous. And the hot water smells like sulfur."

"Overall an average hotel really. Based on the reviews and photos we expected a lot more, particularly at that price point. Due to availability for 4 people we had to book one of the more expensive rooms. Again for that price point you’d expect a nice and quiet room. Ours was right under the reception area which was quiet noisy and for some reason particularly around 10pm. Rooms clean and good, pool was great with the kids but it looks much bigger on the photos than it actually is. Breakfast was good, dinner was EXPENSIVE! Definitely milking the remote location. Disappointing that the waitress didn’t tell us that we could also order from the (cheaper) lunch/room service menu. Some of the staff were amazing particularly with our kids. Others didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Overall a good and average but very pricey hotel. Not living up to the hype created on various social posts."
